Dr. Conrad has lived in the beautiful city of Charleston since 2015.
She grew up in Georgia and completed her undergraduate at the University of Georgia. From there, she went on to receive her DVM from Louisiana State University. She then completed a primary small animal emergency internship in Springfield Virginia after graduating. Dr. Conrad has worked in stand alone emergency clinics, referral hospitals, and as a travelling locum veterinarian since her internship. She is also a certified veterinary acupuncturist, veterinary food therapist, and is working towards a masters in traditional Chinese veterinary medicine from the Chi University. She found urgent care to be an exciting new opportunity to practice and explore in veterinary medicine. Outside of work, Dr. Conrad and her husband love to travel abroad, spend time at the local beaches, and perform with the local Star Wars costuming club, the Carolina Garrison of the 501st Legion. They have two dogs, Clementine and Jules, and four cats that complete their fur family.
